Registration and Identity
All clients will be asked to provide photographic identity and proof of address to participate in this auction. Clients will not be approved to bid without confirmed identity documents.

Payment:
Debit cards only (credit cards not accepted) preferably via secure online payments through the-saleroom.com or via the Gildings website.
Direct bank transfers to our client account, especially for overseas buyers.

Collections - by timed appointment
We shall only release items to a third party upon direct instruction from the successful purchaser, either in writing or email. Goods will not be released without the buyer's pre-confirmation.
